We talk

Send a short note about your work, what isn't working, and what you hope this will do. We'll write back to set up a 30-minute call to get to know one another. There's no questionnaire first, and you'll know quickly whether we're the right help.

We plan

After our call, you get a private plan page: what we heard, what we recommend, and a fixed price, so you can decide on your own time. Then we get to know your ministry: your priorities, your story, the people you serve, and the details only you can tell us. Share whatever is important to you, no matter how messy it is: bios, writing, talks, handouts, policies, photos. You add it right on your Crafting Table, a private page for your project that you'll use from here to launch.

We craft

We build everything from what you've shared, so it sounds like you and says what you mean. Nothing is required of you here. Along the way, we send you glimpses as it comes together, and we take as much care with how it looks as with what it says.

We tweak

You see the whole thing on a private preview and mark it up right on the page: tap any spot and leave a note. Send each round as one batch. Small fixes, like wording or a photo swap, are included. Anything bigger, like a new page, we talk through first, and it waits for your OK. Two rounds of changes are included.

We celebrate

Once you approve the finished site, it goes live at your own address, and we let you know with a text and an email, along with a launch kit for sharing it. Print and media pieces arrive ready to print, present, or post. Everything is in your name, with a one-page guide and 30 days of small fixes included. If you'd like us to keep looking after it, there's a care plan.
